We are beyond grateful to all of our Dedicated Amazing Super Heroes for raising so much money for our "super" school!!! Way to go Lakeview!! A huge "Thank You" to Melanie Lauramore and her committee for all their hard work behind the scenes! On Saturday, December 15th from 5-9 p.m., Spicar's Martial Arts will host Parents Night Out to benefit the Lakeview PTA. This is a great opportunity for parents to get some holiday shopping or wrapping done, while the kids have fun playing games like Dodgeball, Ninja Freeze and Zombie Tag! SHAC ~ Student Health Bobcat Run Club will end for the season on December 6th and return after Spring Break! Be sure to join the entire Lakeview family for the 11th Annual Reindeer Romp on December 8th that is a favorite tradition for students. Be sure to stop by our tent for hot coffee and breakfast treat! Music Notes You are invited to attend two special performances by our very own December 11th - The Chorus will also make another performance immediately following the PTA Meeting during the Lakeview Holiday Extravaganza at 6:30 p.m. Be sure to check out the Holiday Gift Shop and Book Fair during your visit!

We really appreciate all of your hard work at Lakeview over the past several years as room moms, serving on PTA committees, GLCs, and continuing each year to put in countless hours for our teachers and kiddos in various areas of the school! Julie Adkins  Kids Names/Grades: Sterling is in 5th and Rowen is in 4th Hobbies/ Interests: I love getting to relax with family and friends, spending 1:1 time with each of my kids, going to their sporting events/dance events and I love working out with friends! Names will be drawn at the end of each 6 week grading period from the collection container. Put up to 50 Box Tops in a bag with your child’s and teacher’s name on it. Please make sure your Boxtops are not expired and edges are trimmed. If you have more than 50, then create another bag for more chances to win. Our next drawing for Box Tops winners will be on Wednesday, December 19th. Prizes include gift cards to Chick-Fil-A, 32 Below, Yumilicious, and Cinemark. Do you shop at Tom Thumb? of the school year is almost over. There are not adequate words to express my gratitude to the hundreds of volunteers who have made the first part of this year an amazing success! Whether you volunteered one hour or one hundred hours or simply showed your support by joining PTA, none of what we accomplished could be achieved without YOU! 
Your dedication to our school is immeasurable. I am SO grateful to be a part of this amazing Lakeview family! There are many great things to come in 2019! I welcome you to join us! Your reward for being a part of PTA is knowing that you are investing in making memories for your student(s) and being part of a community of families that share more in common than we realize. We cannot accomplish all that we do without YOU! Have a blessed holiday season!
The PTA will host a Holiday Gift Shop for students the week of December 10th - 14th during school hours and the evening of December 11th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. This unique seasonal Gift Shop, under the supervision of parent volunteers, is an unforgettable event for the kids to enjoy as your child will have the experience to hand pick gifts as a surprise for friends and/or family members. Your child may choose from approximately 250 different gift items ranging in price from $0.35 to $15.00. More information will be sent home this week!
