About the Lakeview PTA "Wild About the 80s" Spring Fundraiser:
The "Wild About the 80s" Event and Silent Auction is Lakeview's major fundraiser for the year and helps the PTA, in collaboration with the school, to provide programs and activities for our students, parents, and staff. The proceeds go directly to Lakeview Elementary PTA to benefit PTA activities and Lakeview Elementary.  Last year the Silent Auction alone brought in $7,000 in donations which allowed the Lakeview PTA to renew subscriptions for RAZ Kids (Reading A-Z), Pebble Go, No Red Ink and Gaga Ball Pits, add Water Bottle Refill Stations and more!  With the support of our Lakeview families, the PTA funded hallway decorations, classroom parties, Donuts with Dad and Muffins with Mom, Field Day supplies and special assemblies/guest speakers.  All your generous donations to our Silent Auction in conjunction with other fundraising efforts allowed the PTA to grant over $8,000 for teacher grants to help fund school supplies for classrooms. This year, the PTA was also able to provide every student and staff member a grade level T-shirt. With your support we will continue to host our treasured Lakeview traditions such as the Father/Daughter Dance, the Mother/Son Date Night and a night of Spooky Skate with your family.  

As the needs of Lakeview Elementary continue to grow with the higher enrollment and continuous need to keep up with technology, our PTA is preparing for our students by forecasting our budget needs in the future. We need to raise enough funding to cover our current budget commitments before we can put additional funds raised towards our proposed playground shade structure.

All of the items listed in our silent auction have been donated by very generous businesses right here in our community.  Remember, 100% of the auction items sold will benefit Lakeview Elementary PTA. Thank you for your support!
