2021 Kindness Initiative

This year, Lakeview PTA celebrating Kindness Week/Month in a couple of ways! 

First, Lakeview PTA is helping to spread acts of kindness next week, leading up to our Valentine's Day parties on Friday. Students will receive Kindness Bingo cards on Monday, February 8th and have that week to get 5 acts of kindness in a row for a Bobcat prize. Encourage your students to try and cross everything off that card, and take photos of them spreading kindness and post to our Facebook page and upload to the yearbook. Let's feel the love, Lakeview!

Kindness Bingo - In Person Learning

Kindness Bingo - Remote Learners

Students will have the opportunity to participate in spreading Kindness by partnering with Byron Nelson, Medlin, Beck, and the Town of Trophy Club to celebrate Kindness in February! Each morning during announcements, they will be discussing the days Daily Kindness Challenge (see calendar here).  

We will also be participating in the Support our Soldiers Service Project, and we will be collecting the following items for our soldiers throughout the month of February.  You student can bring the requested items to school, and leave at the front desk.  We will collect items there and take them to the High School at the end of February.

VIRTUAL Fun Run 4 Kindness happening Thursday, February 25 – Saturday, February 27! Join our Trophy Club Parks & Recreation team as we lace up our shoes and get ready to hit the trails! Be a part of the fun as #Campaign4Kindness brings you a virtual run experience for a good (and KIND) cause. Sign up today!

The cost is $30.00 for the VIRTUAL Fun Run which includes a t-shirt and swag bag. T-shirts can be purchased without registration of the Fun Run for $25.00. All proceeds will benefit Support Our Soldiers (SOS).
